-How long after placing my order can I expect to receive my items?
We take great pride in fulfilling our orders as quickly as possible. Currently, our average fulfillment time for all orders is within 2 business days. (Please note that this is fulfillment time only and does not include shipping time which ranges between 1-4 days based on the shipping service you choose at checkout.)
This in no way guarantees your fulfillment time to fall within that window, as each of our items is handmade, but we hope it can be helpful in gauging when you might expect your order.
-How can I return or exchange my Copper + Sage order?
We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused items in their original condition within 15 days of order delivery. 
Items’ ‘original condition’ includes all of their original packaging with tags attached. Damaged items or items missing any original components unfortunately cannot be accepted for return or exchange. 
Additionally, perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special or personalized orders), and personal care items (beauty products) are ineligible for return or exchange.
To make a return or exchange, simply submit your request within 15 days of order delivery. Simply, click on "Submit A Return" located in the bottom left hand corner of the home page to begin the process.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and will be deducted from your total refund. Refunds are subject to approval upon item inspection and, if approved, can take several days to appear on the statement of your original payment method.
-What should I know about the Copper + Sage Brand Ambassador Program?
Contract Period:
Copper + Sage Brand Representatives will be involved for a period of approximately three calendar months. If both parties desire to continue the contract after this period, the terms and conditions below will apply.
What’s Involved:

  • Having a public and very active Instagram account.
  • Purchasing a minimum of 50$/month and actively utilizing your discount code.
  • Genuine love, support, and enthusiasm for the products and our brand.
  • Promoting the brand on your own Instagram through photography and videography depicting the wear/use of Copper + Sage products at least once per week. Please make sure photos/videos are clear and backgrounds are neutral. 
  • Emailing unwatermarked photos to sales@shopcopperandsage.com. A minimum of 3 photos per item required. Any blurry photos will not be used or reposted, so it is highly encouraged to provide quality, clear, and bright photos. 
  • Promoting and interacting with us! Share any and all brand announcements such as promotions, giveaways, and new product launches as either post or Instagram Stories.
Copper + Sage reserves the right to use any and all photographs brand reps send us of our products being modeled on all social media accounts, promotional flyers, our websites, and all advertisements.
What You Get:

To End Your Contract:
Copper + Sage reserves the right to withdraw your contract at any time, without question, if we find you aren’t abiding its terms and conditions. High-quality photos must be submitted in exchange for discounted products. Failure to submit such photos will result in requirement to return the items or pay for them in full.
